At Urban Bikes Direct, we want you to ride with confidence. If your new bike or gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble the bike if necessary and place it back into its original manufacturer packaging with all manuals, tools, and protective padding included.

Ship It Back

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a professional courier pickup.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
